All Krazy Melts by Melz products are handmade to order and are final sale. Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders We take great care in packaging every order, but if your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will make it right — always. 💜

Scent Sensitivity We strongly encourage customers to reach out before ordering if you have scent sensitivities or allergies. All of our products are made with 100% natural coconut & soy wax, but individual sensitivities vary.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase as long as production has not yet begun. After that, we are unable to cancel as your order is already being made just for you.
