At Krazy Melts by Melz, every single product is handcrafted to order, just for you. 💜 We don't mass produce — each candle and wax melt is made fresh with good energy and intention by Melz herself.

Processing Time Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be made before it ships. Some items may be available sooner if they're already on hand — but we never want to rush the process, because your order deserves to be made right.

Shipping Time Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way!

• Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
• During high-demand periods (holidays, launches, pop-up events), processing times may be slightly longer. We'll always communicate any delays.
